What Information Do We Need?

We understand that gathering details for your Will can feel overwhelming. To streamline the process, we will request specific information and documentation under separate cover once you instruct us. However, for your reference, here’s a general overview:

  • Your Wishes: How do you want your assets distributed? Do you have specific bequests or preferences?
  • Personal Information: Passport/ID, address or house books tabien bahn, phone, email, and a list of your significant assets (real estate, vehicles, bank accounts, etc.).

Important:

All of our documentary services including last wills are designed to be completed remotely from the comfort of our own home without the need to visit our offices, these services can be completed via email, letter, video call etc. from anywhere in the world. But of course you can always pop by and see us too.

Internal postage within Thailand is included in our fees, however International postage would be invoiced separately once known as postage costs vary by destination.

Once Instructed and our professional fees transferred to us our team would contact you for specific information that we would need in order to compile a personalised first draft of your last will for review. A first draft takes up to 7 working days but may take a little longer at busy periods due to court commitments. If your last will is unfortunately urgent we do offer an express service for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.
